Where and what are the best golf universities (in the UK & Ireland preferably)?

I am looking to go to university where i can play golf (preferably a golf university) I would love to go to america however that may be a bit too far. I would like to know if anyone knows of any good golf universities in Great Britain & Ireland and America. I would also like to know what kind of level (handicap) i would have to be at to get a scholorship there.

Also if any of you know of any good websites where i could look up and compare golf universities that would be great.
