Where and what days are the best dinner/happy hour deals in Richmond, Va?

I will be moving soon to the river lofts and am most interested in places in the bottom and slip. Places in the fan would also be good. A variety of prices and styles of cooking would be great!

Tobacco Co. Thursday nights...

Havannah 59 (cuban restaurant) is fun for happy hour, Sine's (Irish bar--- fun), Bank, Blackfin (the newest 'it' place in Richmond), Lucky Buddha, or Cha Cha's Cantina (mexican). All fun, and all right next to eachother. Also, Capital Ale House on Mondays -- $1 burgers, and they are awesome! and HUGE beer selection.

I live in the fan. I frequent 3 Monkeys, Starlite and NY Deli, and Metro. Check those places out when you are in the fan.
