Where and when can I watch the Perseid Meteor Shower?

Question

I read the news on Yahoo and I know it's going to be sometime from 4-5 a.m on the 12th.

But will it show in some part of Georgia?

And, will it be different times?

If it doesn't show, why?

Please help me, and thank you!
