Touz,Dave is talking about yesterday's game.As for that game,Liverpool are going wrong in terms of management and tactics.Rafa should've played Babel from the start and played both Torres and Keane together instead of starting Keane on the left wing.Rafa's withdrawal of Dirk Kuyt for Fabio Aurelio and Keane for Benayoun shows that Rafa never wanted to win the game.Martin Skrtel should also have been sent off for handball and a penalty rewarded for Aston Villa.

A combination of both. I never thought of Rafa being the right man to lead Liverpool to a domestic league glory. And most the players that he brought in are dodgy.

Coupled with Moore and Parry selling to the American, we have a soap opera to watch in football.

Rafa.  Last season it was for constantly rotating the players - this season it's for continually playing players out of position.  It is also his decision to play without proper wingers.

i wouldn't call dossena, arbeloa, f.aurelio world class players. They play forwards on the wings that cross their legs better than they can cross balls. their only real winger can be found sitting on the bench and has been for the last 2 years. they rely on this long ball approach that was only really effective when crouch was around. among other things i do think that it's because of benitez's weight.

Both, really. As of now they've had to face weak teams, but when they have to face harder teams they'll find it more difficult to cope. They depend entirely too much on Torres. They easlily predictable too, so they don't put up much of a fight.

still early i am not totally disappointed just yet. I will give them two weeks to find better form then i will begin to get bitter and jaded as i have for the last few seasons. two players out and some questionable substitutions i would say the squad on the pitch today did all they could do to draw against a side that is said to be replacing us in the big four. keeping my fingers crossed to see what happens in the next few matches.
