me too!!! Do you remember the benda brunch??? Many a happy time as a kid in a wimpey. There used to be one linked to our local petrol station in Telford, shropshire but I think its gone now. boo hoo!

THERE is one in either Northwich or Nantwich can't remember which one but they are close to each other.

and there is also one at Chester Services on the M56

They seem to be dotted around some motorway service stations, I forget which brand has them though.

They were so bad they went out of business. English people generally accept mediocrity such as showers that don't work, dirty tables at restaurants etc. Wimpy was c**p to say the least just as bad as Starfucks is today

I love Wimpy, used to love the burgers and the fish and chips in that little box. I have not seen one for a few years now, last time i did was in Tamworth bowling alley and at a service station near Sheffield.

They are still there, however, believe it or not, you can't get a list of outlet locations from their web site. You can contact them and ask though. Answer guaranteed in 48 hours!

They're still out there - Wimpy is the parents version of McD's - burgers but with plates and cutlery!  Still lovely though...

The chain got bought out by Burger King about 15 yeras ago and most were either closed or rebranded.

There were some franchise indpenedants and you see some dotted aruond but not many.
