i guess goa or kerala even andaman is great kashmir uesd to be da best but i'll prefer goa that is where i wanna go for my hols...

Goa is famous for its beaches, but lately, also for its paedophiles trawling said beaches.  I don't know of any Indian equivalent of Ubud, but if it's the water you enjoy, try Cochin and its backwaters.  A houseboat with captain, cook and cleaner is very inexpensive to arrange, and the tour through the backwaters will show you some extremely picturesque scenes of India!

U can find out the best  nature scene in Chambal ghati, believe me it is very beautiful place , u must go over here.

Another options are Jammu 7 Kashmir, Shimla, Kerala, kernataka.
