With the Euro as bad as it is now - avoid anywhere who has it! Try Turkey, Croatia or Bulgaria.

Just trawl the net, for offers - Teletext is good too if you don't want to see where you are going.

But main advice - avoid anywhere with the Euro

Call 3 or 4 Travel Agents and tell them your shopping for the best deal around Europe.  Have them explain "Eurail passes".  Don't forget to mention your calling several Travel Agents to compair prices.  (But---don't tell them a former TWA reservations agent/me, told you to do this).  

If you make them work for your business, they will do a better job.  Most of them know you'll be calling around anyway.
