After someone is detained and awaiting to be deported, they are put before a judge. This judge told the person that his immigration had already been arranged but that he never showed up for the final meeting (which time, location, and existance was hidden from him........THIS WAS A WHILE AGO)...... where would one find the court papers or information that the immigration judge was looking at?
