Where are good restaurants in rome? central...?

I went to Rome in January....There are great ones all over the place but i did go to an Argentinian steak house just round the corner from the Colosseum which got recommended by a tour guide from the Colosseum.

We found asking some of the tours or the local people when you get there was the best way.

Can't you get badgers noses and otters spleens in the colloseum?

I think the peoples front of Judea sells them.

in trastevere behind st peter& pauls : quattro mori

delicious seafood

near via veneto, in via sardegna , la bruschetta, good food, not too pricy, not too crowded by tourist.

this one is really good. great food, great wine, great service, not overly expensive, central location.  i recommend highly...    near Piazza Navona
