There aren't any. The only lolita stores are in Japan. (And one in Paris)

It's too bad there aren't any telephones in Australia. If there were, you could probably look up dress shops and clothing stores in the business section of a phonebook and call various stores until you found one that has what you want. As it is, it looks like you can only ask people all around the world what is available in your own backyard.
