You really have to narrow it down a bit. Canada is the second largest country in the world in terms of area. Try to specify where you are coming from, what province you were planning on going to, and perhaps the city too.

Downtown Montreal in the Province of Quebec has loads of shopping centers, underground plazas, and multi-level towers with movie theatres, food courts, and small boutiques. But if you are in Seattle and heading to either BC or Alberta, that info is probably not relevant to you.
