Where are isolated islands located for exploring?

I went sea kayaking in Phang Nga Bay in Thailand once.  We visited many stunning uninhabited islands (some of them were like atolls with  sea tunnels through them that came out onto beautiful beaches in the middle).  There was no sign of human life ever.  It was just us, the beautiful scenery and the monkeys, birds, butterflies, walking fish etc.  

    PS James Bond Island is in the middle of this bay and heaps of people go there and it is c**p so don't go there.  There are a lot of dumb tourists out there I agree.  There are similar kayaking trips in Fiji which are great too.
