it depends where you staying.

Friesland has a nice one in Heerenveen the Thialf ice rink

there are several roofed and semi-roofed ice rinks in The Netherlands

not sure if there is a long track one there but there are 3 different rinks here practice, competition and speed skating rink it was in Mole, (as in the little black creature!)
