Where are my humming birds?

Question

I live in Louisiana and love humming birds. I usually have tons of them by now, but have only seen one or two every now and then in the past couple of weeks. I'm using the same stuff I always have in my feeders. We haven't had rain in a long time, could that have anything to do with it? If not, then what?

Hummingbirds migrate with the flowers blooming and weather could play a role. Bad blooming season?
