  1. Quiet Waters Park in Anne Arundel County. Then hit Ramshead Tavern in Annapolis for the reception.


  2. It depends where you are looking but I would say to check out the parks and planning divisions of your county (in Maryland).  They have several gorgeous mansions that are for rent and pretty cheap. Also check out the Upper Marlboro country club if you are in DC.  Hopes this helps.

  3. Invite only selected friends in your home, not more than 10 families. It will be cheap and  best.
