Where are people making outfits at?

i see a bunch of people asking to make outfits for this person or that person...i was wondering where everyone was going to make outfits at i know polyvore does outfits is there somewhere else???

thats the one i see or u can take a longer time by getting the webadress of clothing stores

Its a site called "Polyvore".  You can make an account, and then browse through millions of items (clothes, electronics, etc.) and you can comment on other peoples sets (when you make an outfit, they are called sets) and they can comment on yours as well.  The site is ADDICTING!  LOL
