Go to Ayala Center, Cebu. They have restaurants with different themes (American, Filipino, Italian, Japanese, etc).

You may also want to try the restaurants at the Waterfront Hotel in Lahug, as well as Shangri-La Mactan. But they can be a bit pricey though but the food is great.

Been to Golden Cowrie lately. The food is great and the ambience is just right. It's very relaxing and an excellent place to dine!

Try Pizza Hut Bistro, Opening tomorrow in the new SM Cebu Northwing! It's very affordable casual dining. Pizza Hut's famous pizzas with a wide variety of salads, pastas and sides. Try their Carribean Smoothie or Green Tea Twist. Cool!
