Where are populations of Calvinists?

Which states or countries?

We don't really group together in particular countries or states. ;)

Just little denominations here and there, usually preceded by the word reformed e.g. Reformed Presbyterian, Reformed Baptist.

Calvinists or pre destinationists mostly live in the Presbyterian church founded by John Knox who followed John Calvin's philosophy, there are more denominations and churches which follow Calvin's philosophy here and there.

Calvinists are here in south Africa. the true Calvinists  since the 1600's we are here and we have fought for are independence the whole time!

the english and others have robbed our farms and way of life, giving to Kaffiers what is not to be theirs, ruining the whole structure of the bible. the sons of ham shall be our slaves and what happened? we have none now to work our fields. it is so sad really. i believe the kaffiers were happier working for us. we treated them kindly and guilded them correctly now they are just out of control.

I know the Christian Reformed pockets include Sioux Center, IA, Holland, MI, Lynden, WA and Oostburg, WI. Of course, there are many more than that, but that's all I know about.

Ive seen them in NY and southeast...we have one 2 blocks away...called Presbyterian..

I think mostly Presbyterians are Calvinists, so it's wherever there are large concentrations of them.
