Best family beach vacations, there is just too many options to choose from. That's hardly a surprise, but it does sometimes make the decision seem overwhelming. The best idea is to dismiss the negatives and focus on what you actually want, and then go looking for it...

The US has a massive coastline, and you can look at any map of the world to see coastlines in country after country. One of the first choices you should make is whether you want to go abroad or stay home. This will narrow your choice right away, and cut out huge amounts of pondering and indecision.

Once you have made that first decision, the next thing to consider is what exactly you and your family want to get out of the vacation.

It has canoeing, kayaking, white water rafting, fishing, swimming, and way more.

In Massachusetts/New England their are TONS of awesome family beach vacations:

Cape Cod, MA

Cape Ann, MA

Old Orchard Beach, ME

Lake Winnapasuake, NH  (i spelled that wrong)

Newport Beach, RI

Misquamicut Beach, RI

York Beach, ME

And the list goes on... New England is the place to be over the summer.  It is AWESOME over here...

If you live in....

The States: The other two people have mentioned it, addition: Hawaii, Miami, etc... Cheaper for you, no visas required! Also Jamaica s good!

Europe/Africa: Canary Island, Spain, Italy, Southern France (Nice, etc.), etc.

Asia/Australia: Bali - Indonesia, Sydney?, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.
