Check with the Chicago Park District...that would be the cheapest....I don't know of any free gyms unless you are involved with boxing or other contact sports....

The other option is to invest the money to create your own gym...then of course it could be free for you!

Well, uh, I thought u had to pay. I live about an hour and a half away from Chi, and the only time I got to work out for free was if me and my girls snuck into the back of the local YMCA!! That how we do around here.
