Where are some good bars/clubs in the Downtown Denver area?

We are going to be in Denver this weekend, staying at a hotel about a block away from the 16th Street Mall. Where are some fun places that we could go to?

Personally, I dont think there are any good bars on the mall, but there is a Coyote Ugly in the Pavillions which is on the mall and some people like that kind of thing.  If you want to go a little further and want a bar bar rather than a club, then you can check out the Pour House Pub on 14th and Market.

Best Club, Vinyl it has a mix of techno on the main floor, hip-hop in the basement, and a rooftop patio with a great view of Denver. It does have a cover fee which can vary on the night. Depends on who is D.J.

On like 15th & Market and Blake street there are bars lined up and down. Go bar hopping, it depends on your seen. I like the Sports Column, Mynt, Lodos, Purple Martini. It may be a little 5 dollar cab ride to some, but if you want something better then Coyote Ugly ( I would'ent recommend) its worth the ride.  Check out the websites below. Oh yeah and stay clear of Therioe (the Denver Real World House) unless you want to see a fight every 10 minutes. Have fun and be safe.
