Going on a road trip with 3 friends, we're all about 20 years old. We only speak German and English (obviously). Staying for a week. Not really on a budget, but again, we're only 20 and don't have rich parents.

Looking for beaches, clubs, and maybe some shopping and historical landmarks.

Coming from Bavaria. Any ideas on cool places to hit up on the trip?

  1. If I were you I'd go to Tuscany.  There is Florence and Siena as well as Bologna and Pisa which is near to beaches.  They all have attractions and masses of historical landmarks (Duomos, Uffizi, leaning tower of Pisa).  Florence is brilliant for shopping.  On the H&M website there is a film about shopping in Rome:

    Hope this helps:)

  2. I guess Rimini or Riccione: it's on the sea, there's a lot of nightlife, you can find cheap accommodations there, and is pretty close to outlets and to nice medioeval cities (Ravenna, Ferrara,....).

  3. I'm half Italian from Calabria..so i defiantly recommend the south!..it's the best!..tropea and Paola in Calabria are very very beautiful places to visit..ciao!..=)

  4. North Sardinia: like santa teresa di gallura. Best beaches of italy, good night clubs (you need auto) es waere sehr viele deutsche das laetzes jahr.

Oder du kannst in panarea fliegen, du bringest das auto nicht weil eine sehr kleine Insel ist.

ein andere ort koennt riviera romagnola sein, aber das see ist nicht sehr shoen, besser das nachts' Leben. Voll von deutsche.

    viel spass. =)

  5. The sicilians are nice.....go vist them in southern Italy!
