Ball and Chain is in Hobart - great steaks ... However - Seafood restaurants in Hobart - Try these 3 - you won't go wrong - Kelly's in Battery Point, Prossers on the Beach in Sandy Bay and Siscos on the waterfront near Salamanca.  Also - the best place for a quick meal at a reasonable price - Fish Frenzy - try their Calamari Salad - awesome - plus thier Fish Frenzy - a great classy take on the old Fish and Chips - I took my bf who isn't into fish and he loved the Fish Frenzy.
