Where are some great vacation places where I can go with my family (children and husband) around or less than four hours away from Maryland?

BRAZIL! Southeastern Brazil like in Rio, or Sao Paulo. It's chic and modern but tropical but still with a European style. AWESOME! Winter there is summer here and vice versa.
