  1. tendons are all over the body

it is a tough band or fibrous tissue connecting muscles to bone

tendons work witgh muscles and can only exert a pulling force

whereever there is a bone and a muscle there is a tendon for example in the leg ur muscle at the back is connected by a tendon to the back of the knee and then half way down

your achilles heal is a tendon

  2. All over your body. Tendons attach muscles to bones at each end of the muscle. Example: your achilles tendon attaches the gastrocnemius muscle (calf muscle) to your heel. You can see and feel this cordlike tendon at the back of your ankle. Try standing on your toes if you have any doubts!
