Chicago (UNITED STATES), Madrid (SPAIN), Rio De Janeiro (BRAZIL) & Tokyo (JAPAN) have been shortlisted for the host cities of the 2016 Summer Olympic Games. the International Olympic Committee (IOC) will announce the winning host city on 02 October 2009 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

They haven't decided that yet.  The 2012 games will be in London, England.

It wont be announced until next yr but rio, chicago, madrid and tokyo are in the running. I dont think chicago will get it because the US already hosted the 2002 olympics(Salt Lake)

well...first of all...I think you are referring to the 2012 olympics. They are held every four years. They will be in London.
