Where are the AP and Reuters feeds on My Yahoo?

Neither AP nor Reuters has re-populated on My Yahoo for several days. Hey Yahoo, if you're reading these, please do something, or at least let us know what's going on!

  1. As you know by scrolling down the questions there are several people who are in the same boat myself included. The deal is that Yahoo wants you to use Firefox or Internet Explorer as a browser. Any others won't work. I used Safari, it would get me to My Yahoo which wasn't updating then eventually I could only get to a bowser download page. I don't like Firefox but I did like My Yahoo so I only use Firefox to get to Yahoo. Then it's back to my regular browser for all the rest of my stuff. I wish Yahoo would support every browser but that doesn't seem to be in the plans

  2. I'm currently using Firefox and have had the same problems with the Reuters news feeds. Once or twice a day they'll work but when the page refreshes again they're all blank. We're pretty much at Yahoo's mercy when it comes to issues or problems. Nowhere (that I can find, anyway) is there a place that can give specific answers to specific questions directly from Yahoo itself.

  3. It's not just AP & Reuters. . . it's several oters too.  For me a total of 7 on my home PC.  On my office PC, it's only AP Health News that comes up with "No Items Today."

I scanned my system & checked on Google- - - nothing.

The Yahoo codies must be playing with something that they should have tried first in their test environment!
