Where are the arcades in Taiwan?

Please name some of the good arcades in taiwan. and there adreses(if you can) im in taiwan and i want to go to a arcade. Please list as many as you can.

Tom's World = Available at nearly every department store.

Or, the department stores which don't have Tom's World have their own arcade.

Department stores like SOGO, ShinKong Mitsukoshi, Mega (Far Eastern) all have arcades located on the upper levels. Arcades can also be found in many night markets, for example 六合(liu-ho) in Kaohsiung.

Every few months there are also promotions, one that is very common is buy one token get one free.
