Where are the beaches with the best waves in West Brittany?

I'm looking for some good beaches with plenty of surf in the west area of Brittany - around Benodet area. Any suggestions?

  1. la torche is right the best place for surf and wind.

    i have as well Pentrez Saint nic, a long and big beach with big waves sometimes it is depend of tide.
