Do you really want the best Champagne cocktail or the best place to drink it? It really depends on how much you want to spend and where you want to drink it.. I could tell you that "the old drunkard" down the old Kent road does the best Champagne cocktail but would you be happy drinking it in the public bar of some old spit and sawdust type pub? I could tell you a bar in Covent Garden does the best but would you want to be with a load of Hooray Henrys? more details please
