Where are the best bars/clubs in Dusseldorf?

The Altstadt is a good bet - it is full of bars and restaurants, and there are a fair few with a view on the Rhein.  

There is a restaurant just off Koenigsstrasse called Heinemanns I think - it's like Willy Wonka's Chocolate factory!!!

Plus, if you go near Spichernplatz on Ulmenstrasse. there are a few bars that will treat you like regulars after only a couple of nights.
