I'm a long time surfer & divemaster and have traveled and surfed from the Canadian border south through Mexico and Central America and down both coasts of South America to the tips of  Argentina and Chile.There are literally hundreds of places within Latin America that meet your criteria.

Why not put your computer in storage,pack a bag and go see as many beaches as you can.Travel in Latin America is both easy and inexpensive once you get the hang of it....and doin' it is way better than dreamin' it....Suerte!
