Where are the best cheap places to drink, where loads of youngsters/students go in Spain?

I am going around Europe this summer and am travelling from North Spain to the South. Can anyone reccomend some good cities/towns to visit. I am 21 years old so places where there are loads of other young ppl are what Im looking for.

And cheap alchohol. :)

Salou, Lloret de Mar in Catalonia. Plenty of English, German and Dutch youngsters

Forget Salou, they are more middle aged.

Benidorm is the obvious choice, or you could stay in Lloret and pop into Barcelona for the day.

Don't get drunk and you'll be OK.  As in France (yes, I saw your identical question on the French board), drunkeness is frowned upon by the locals - unless you're in a place full of Brits like Ibiza or Benidorm!  Sounds like you're planning to drink your way across Europe.  Will you remember anything I wonder?
