If you're going to a nightclub and you wanna meet celebs, get VIP bottle service, some HOT girls to join you, and tip the VIP host to sit you next to someone cool. Here are some place I suggest:

We saw Mario Lopez at N9ne Steakhouse in the Palms.  Other places are where they hang out.  The Hard Rock Hotel, Planet Hollywood, etc.  For sure you will see someone if you go to Rehab, on Sundays at the Hard Rock.  If you don't know what Rehab is, it's a pool party at their pool.  Last weekend Julian Marley was there.
