Where are the best mixed martial arts gyms in Rio?

I'm coming to Rio from Australia, and plan to stay for a few months. I want to do some mauy thai/brazilian jiu jitsu training and heard that there were some really good gyms and trainers in Rio but I can't find many on the net. Thanks
