  1. Refer to this blog.

  2. Theres a lot to see in Japan. !4 days is very long for a honeymoon - it's more like a holiday. Do you want to sightsee or will you be in your room for 14 days ? Do you speak Japanese ? Hotels for 14 days can be expensive but I'm sure you don't want to go to backpackers on your honeymoon ??

If you cant speak japanese, then I would recommend you stay in the more tourist places. Tokyo or Kyoto.  You can get a Japan rail pass if you are a tourist - trains are the best way to travel anywhere in Japan. The North will be cold , but the south warm.

Kyushu is much more interesting and fun than Okinawa (which is not really part of japan). Theres a lot to see in Tokyo - enough for at least one week. Although I had enough of temples and castles after 4 days in Kyoto. There are more interesting things to do like cruises or staying in traditional hotels. Hard to know what to recommend witout more info.. Anyway, have fun.

  3. Tokyo

  4. If you are going to Tokyo, spend a couple days in Hakone checking out the onsens, etc.. This hotel is really nice for a honeymoon: http://www.2think.org/japan-hotels.shtml

  5. It depends on where u from and what kind of scenary you are interests.

If you live in the metropolitan city and earger to enjoy some country life and scene... In October is nearly fall season in Japan, I would suggest you shouldn't miss Kyoto.  There will be a lot red maples in many shrine and temple with fully Japanese gardening, authentic culture and architecture and cusines.  Nikko and Hakkonei is also a great place to visit in Tokyo-wise for hotspring and pretty temple.

If you love seaside, you should go to Okinawa with beautiful beach line and warmer weather there.

Trip 14 days, I would like to seperate it into two parts to spend in Kansai, Kyoto and Osaka, then Tokyo part.  And you could go visit the Fuji mountain and the biggest budda statue in the half way to Tokyo.  If you wanna see the whole Japan, I would say it would be too rush and exhausted for honey moon... hahahah.. you know... you need some romantic rest and hang out...You wouldn't like your honeymoon as Amazing Race...

  6. OKINAWA

    :)

  7. Check out Okinawa.

One of my good friends has lived there his entire life and he says it's hands-down one of the most beautiful places he's ever been to. It's very "island-life"--like Hawaii, minus the cheesy tourists. ;)

Look it up--it's really very romantic, and there are aspects of the culture that are incredibly interesting. Keep in mind that this isn't like Tokyo, full of chaos. It's more beachy and laid-back, but you will never find a more beautiful place, or so I've been told.

Good luck, and congratulations on your wedding!
