Where are the best places to eat in cancun ?

Question

Ive been there before but im looking for suggestions that do not include anything that we have here in the states.

Also if you've been to X-Caret which is the best place you ate at while you were there ?

Any suggestions are appreciated ........

There are tons of great places to eat in Downtown Cancun.  A place i really liked with good prices and good food is La Parilla.  If you read through tripadvisor you'll see that place mentioned several times.  Also in downtown, they have a park area with lots of local foods.  It's outdoor seating, very casual, and very cheap.  Its basically like an open food court.  The fresh churros were to die for.

Canned Coon is ok but I prefer fresh coon.  Boil it first so it isn't tough then Bar B Que it.  It is awsome!
