New to the KC area and planning on getting engaged this fall. Where should I pop the question?

for an outdoor proposal

1. The JC Nichols Fountain at the Plaza

2. The Rose Garden at Loose Park

3. Kauffman Gardens

4. Powell Gardens

5. At a Royals Game

for an indoor proposal

1. Skyes Restaurant at the Hyatt Regency

2. Any of the restaurants at the Plaza

I also saw someone propose to their girlfriend on Valentines Day at the Crown Center Ice Terrace, but they don't open that until November.
