Definently BENIHANAS.... its a fine japenese restaurant in Dallas and is quite intertaining, you sit there and watch them cook the food in front of you....... dont see very much places like that around here!!!!

go to Dralions in Dallas. It is AWESOME! and they fly in their fish from Japan every day so it's sure to be fresh. I love it there and the ambiance is so sleek. Check it out!

You cannot go wrong with Tei Tei Robata Bar, Nobu, Teppo Yakitori and Sushi Bar,  Shinsei or Yutaka Sushi Bistro. They are all top-notch with very fresh ingredients.
