Where are the best places to go on holiday in Florida?

I want a place with a good beach and lots to do so i will not be bored round about the sanford area

I like Sarasota, Ft. Myers, Ft. Lauderdale.  Too many good beaches there too mention.  And of course there's always south beach in Miami.  Don't think you'll be bored there.  Anywhere but Orlando.

Go to Disney World, but stay out of Sanford. You'll die of complete and utter boredom. Sanford is in the MIDDLE of the state -- there IS not beach in Sanford.

There is lots to do in Tampa and Orlando's just a little jog from there. There is TONS to do in Orlando.

new smyrna beach! there is tons to do there or daytona  of course.. but the best beach i n Florida is on the gulf side SIESTA KEY FL!!!! i love it the sand is like baby powder and doest get hot! you'll love it! it is about a 2 1/2 hour drive from orlando! but sooooo worth it!

Dude, you'll be bored in Sanford.  It's like the only landlocked area of Florida.
