I also would highly recommend the Garmisch-Partenkirchen area!

There is a place called Lenggris. It's really cool for skiing or boarding.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the bavarian alps....It is beautiful here. I went camping in this area....I am not sure about what ski resorts are in the area...check out trip advisor for the hotels in the area.....again....THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Oberammergau is a beautiful place to ski. The countrysight will leave you breathless. Have fun. =)
