Try the Mortal Man located in a scenic valley a few miles from  Windermere. It's pet friendly as well as being a pub and a Guest House!

Well firstly it's the lake district so with a dog anywhere is good to stay. However when we go we always find it best to stay in a cottage for the week, because we have 2 dogs. But, from your preferences i would chose to stay in a guest house!!
