I'm looking for some good thrift stores in NH, ones that are bigger than 'mom and pop' type thrift stores, have everything from clothes to furniture to all kinds of great random knick-knacks, and the closer to Manchester the better. Please don't suggest Salvation Armies. Thanks.

  1. Ok well, I know this isn't in NH but there is an AMAZING thrift store in Cambridge, MA. It's called the Garment District. They have a bunch of great stuff from the 80s, 70s, 60s, etc. They have old band shirts, and a box of various t-shirts that are all a dollar to five dollars. Then there is dollar a pound. It's on the bottom floor, and it is a huge pile of clothes, shoes, sheets, accessories, etc. You get a huge bag, and go into the pile and there are always hidden treasures. They have great accessories and shoes, and are attached to a costume shop.
