Question:

Where are the calmest sea beches in Sardinia? Suitable for people who can't swim! ?? Thanks?

I know some beaches are for surfers and have big waves, wher eare there calm beaches that are quite shallow? Any advice? Going there in a few weeks, any advice is appreciated! Flying to Alghero

  1. Most of the beaches on Sardinia are fairly calm. I don't remember their being really big waves on any of the beaches we went to. Baja Trinita is the best beach on Sardinia! It is located in Lammadalena which is a bit of a drive from Alghero but it's worth a nights stay for sure!! The Beach is crystals clear, warm, secluded and shallow.

    Drive to Palau and hop on the Seramar ferry, about a 15 minuted ride....Stay for the weekend the island is great!


  2. I was just in Alghero, Sardinia and the beach was calm with shallow water at the beach. The bay is pretty well protected from the open Med.
