Where are the cps???????

how is it that the cps investigate lies, that are proven lies, that have not one minut shred of truth. but are no where around when kids really need them! it pisses me off when i hear about cps investigating an abuse case, leaving, closing the case. and a week later the kid is found in a trash can some where. where are they??? how can they let that happen??? why is no one doing anything about it??? and who should be doing something about it???

well this government dosent care about poor white trash they go do there thing and call in advance so the people clean there house and come accross as leave it to beaver then when they leave it goes back to normal and as far as any one getting a fair trial the legal system is so messed up the only way to know if someone is guilty is to witness it yourself because its already been proven if you have money you can get away with anything and theres so much more for the media covering drug dealers and the elections that they never concentrate on americas real problem like childcare

Well an investigation for child abuse is a very long process. Since CPS does not have police powers they need a warrent to go into the house, or permission from a superior if the parent does not let them in. In order to get a warrent of get permission you need evidence and that is very hard to get because younger children do not understand that they need to tell the truth rather than the parent telling them what to say. They also have to be sure the child knows what he is talking about. If you falsly acuse a parent of abusing there child it puts them through an emotional rollar coaster.
