The four tiles change everytime the popular saying in Dewford town changes. You'll have to keep looking, and hope that the townies don't suddenly come up with some hip new phrase.. like FANTASTIC FANTASY. Or FUNKY BOX. =P Yeah, you know it. They are completely random. If you'd like I will also trade you one. I got mine from a trade with a Milotic, then I bred the Milotic in the daycare centre, then the egg I hatched was a Feebas. I'll just breed you another, if you would like.
