I'm a librarian and I plan to travel to rome next week, I am interested in visiting the library in rome. Has anyone out there visited rome's library.

  1. go to www.comune.roma.it and click on "il comune per argomenti", then click on "cultura sport e turismo", then on "biblioteche di roma" and in the end on "le biblioteche e i centri specializzati"


  2. The Vatican has one of the world's finest libraries.  Check with the guy that operates the gift shop on the left side of the square in front of St. Peters... he has all kinds of connections and may be willing to help you.
