Where are the main offices of Psycho-metrics of North America?

I understand that the CEO developed a new formula for comparing IQ scores from different IQ tests that was very innovative and faster then previous ones. Also, is this Dr. Ronning the same person who taught psychology courses at Lamar University at Orange way back in the 1970's.?

The main offices used to be located in Austin, Texas on the Capital of Texas Highway. I believe there was a young asst. professor of psychology teaching at what is now called Lamar State College-Orange. I am not aware of any innovative statistical technique created.
