It's hard to just narrow it down by city. Milan is the fashion capital therefore, you will probably see alot more models in the city. However, I do believe that Milan will have the better looking men.

Hi girl....I'm italian and so i can tell you where are the hottest men here in italy!!!

I live in Palermo but I was also in Rome and Milan!!!!
