Where are the new and improved yahoo message boards?

And I don't mean the broken message boards one can find at http://messages.yahoo.com/. they are most certainly not improved.

I want the News message boards back.  Gosh, I miss them something awful.  Those were the best message boards ever!

Those are the new message boards.  I don't think they are an improvement though.
